If it's not a file of yourself or of your forum/cms delete it.
If you're not really sure, make a backup of the file in your computer.

Did you install something using Fantastico? I think I creates that file for some scripts. You would run it when you wanted to uninstall the script using Fantastico.

i don't think it came from my SMF forums and the last 3 things i installed were SFM forums :/ and that file appeared after my forums were installed. i think maybe the admin put it there when killing that one thing on my fantasico, from the other topic i started.

Its definately from Fantastico... unless you did not use Fantastico.

Its only does it for some scripts, and I cant remember it making it from SMF (though I could be wrong), so it could have been something that was installed in the same place before?
