Hi, im new here, is it possible and is it aloud to put a file on your x10 server which is a game server file, and have your x10 server run the file for you, non-stop? Yeah im sorry if its easy or written somewhere.

I would have to say, probably not.
But that would be something up to Corey, as he is the Admin - but from the sounds of what you are asking, I would just figure the answer to be no.

Can you maybe describe this game file? What game it is for? What it would be doing as in relation to why it would need to be hosted on x10? How much bandwidth and system resources it would possibly use?

Oh, i thought of hosting it on x10 because it was a free server it said, its a very small game to what your probably thinking, but i could think i could guess why game servers arent aloud, ok thanks, it just means i had the wrong idea for what x10 is made for, my mistake. Thankyou.

Its a free hosting for websites, not a free server.

We do have various servers for hosting.
Free - Which doesn't cost to host a website
Business - Which is for paid hosting accounts.

I will still direct this message to Corey, and see if he can assist you in anyway, though.

What game file are you trying to host?
If its a file that your hosting so people can download it from your site, you will be allowed as long as its acceptable by the TOS
Or if its a stats file eg. psychostats file you can run these as i do on mine,
Anything else i think will be either blocked by the firewall or not allowed by the admins.

Nah not for people to download,
It is a quite small server file which i own, you would never of heard of it before, i just thought that x10 could perhaps run files no-stop.

Is it to emulate a game server for example using antrix to emulate a WoW server. Obviously any type of game emulation is not allowed either.

What do you mean? Its no emulator, its just one of two files, which the one i was going to put on here is the server and the other is the actual game.
