My Wesbite Says 404 Error Please Help

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but i need help i have installed v bulletin 3.6.8 on my website and whenever i go on my website to run the installation it just says 404 error please help i have tried putting other forum scripts on the site but with no avail. Can someone please explain why my website displays A 404 ERROR.

What's your web address? ( Sub-domain name )
And, just before anyone else asks - is this a legal version of vbulletin?

And YES! it is a legal version i purchased it directly from the vBulletin website

pcforums, I explained to you in the PM how to add a new database and user and include that information into the config.php file. You have not done that.

Follow those directions, then if you are still having problems post here again.
