    Exclamation 403 forbidden error-can't access or update website

    I get this message when trying to access my website:

    Forbidden

    You don't have permission to access /index.htm on this server.
    Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/1.3.37 Server at symmetricswmc.x10hosting.com Port -
    I'm not sure if it has to do with cpanel or godaddy.com, where I bought my .com from and manage the domain name with.

    NEWVERMIND-had hotlink protection turned on
