    hao!

more or less 2 mb. mine's having 2.9mb, that's wordpress+themes+plugins... as for bandwidth it depends if how many people visit your site.

PS: there's an option that will compress your content into gzip to reduce bandwidth usage.

If you're expecting traffic, you should be looking for a host that can handle the processes that Wordpress throws at the server.

Generally Wordpress will crash servers if they have high traffic, so I suggest you PM for some resources.

Only 2mb? that's..... someone told me, just to install wordpress itself, is at least 20 - 50 mb or so. Would around 500 MB be enough, is it more then enough, or less?

Let's say about five hundred or more unique visits, would 20 G, or 50 G be enough? Or would I need unlimited?

    Edit:

May I ask if you use paid hosting, or the free one?

    Re: Wordpress hosting

Drupal installs on just ~5mb so wordpress is bound to be lesser.
I think you will not need more that 4 mb's to install word press.

It adds only 10mySQL tables [last version i checked]

    High traffic ~= 1000+weekly visitors.
1gb bandwidth should be fine for 500 visitors
    Cheers,
    Shaunak

    Re: Wordpress hosting

You could also get a plugin called wp-cache that helps alleviate bandwidth usage.
