can't rum web :( need help

Hi all i have a big problem with PHP-Fusion then i try to run web i need to type some info to setup.php bet always i get some errors:

Please check write permissions and restart setup.

you have to cmod the file permisions on the config.php file. On your ftp client, when you right click there should be a option CMOD click that and type in 777. In the file manager(VIA CPanel), I THINK there is a cmod option there, not completely sure.

I seen in a post yesterday to use 755 instead of 777. Then again i could be wrong LOL
