Scrolling Ads

Friends I want to add scrolling ad to my site ads which scroll as you scroll up\down can any one help me how to do this....

I don't think it is a good idea to have scrolling ads, it acts as a nuisance to any viewers and scrolling ads are usually associated with the 'other' kinds of websites, my suggestion is don't go for scrolling ads, though if you want it someone might be along to help you, I have no idea LOL!!

If I understand you correct, you want some sort of a floating menu.

But beware things that float, you have been warned! LOLOL
Floating ads can be very annoying and there are methods,
software for 'killing' those floating ads

This will scroll on your left side of the screen, and is a very small box.
You can change colors and size to suit your needs.
I got this from Dynamic Drive and they are using deprecated HTML tags and does the styling in HTML, but it works.
You can replace the text with images and/or links if you like
