IPB forum problem

So i've had IPB working fine on my free hosting...

Since the PHP change, i get errors when i try to make a new thread, and various other things such as the admin control panel opening as a blank screen..

I thought this was down to restrictions, so i applied for the advanced PHP version... i have that now, and i still cant create threads or use the ACP.

Whats happened to my forum? Any ideas?

How long should the PHP settings take to update? I've been waiting 1-2 hours, still no luck.

If you have waited 1-2 hrs since your update was accepted and you still have errors.
