Make sure that the folder/file permissions are not 777. Try setting the permissions to 755.

pleace update my cpanel, souport my help for instaling e107 or update my site software. On almost scripts i install is internal server error or error 403. tnx

yes.. my files permission are already change ..to 755.. but.. it is not ok yet.

Make sure (if you uploaded your files) that they were uploaded in the correct format, either binary, or ascii.
