chatroom integration with phpbb or other CMS

hey guys. im looking for a chat script (flash/java/php) that is live-which means its very much like live messenger-to integrate with my phpbb or maybe on other software like vbulletin or joomla etc. price is not an issue. pls recommend :D

noticed x10hosting got a flashchat script too. mind telling me if its good?

PS: i do not want IRC client scripts and flash script is preferred over java/php
