type :2082 after your domain in the address bar http://your.domain:2082 and enter cPanel. Then, use Fantastico to build your site with a template and some scripts (there are lots of them). I use Joomla, you can see mine at:

    good luck

btw, you didn't get a website on here, you got webhosting on here...the place where your website is stored...as you are asking in the post, you still have to make a website.

i've built a lot of websites...what the intent or purpose of you website is can be a big factor on how to build it. if it isn't going to have information that changes often and you want it to look animated, then you could make a flash movie. if you want it to look animated, but you need to change the info, make a dynamic flash site. if you want it to be setup blog style then do as ralanis suggested and use a cms (content management system) like joomla. if you want a basic page that's super simple to navigate and use, make it in plain old html.

there's guides, templates, tutorials, etc all over the web. if you aren't familiar at all with any of these programming languages, then the easiest way for you to get going would probably be joomla. you can install it through the fantastico inside the control panel in a couple of clicks, then download a template from somewhere you like and start adding your content and changing your menus. it's simple.
