    Internal Server Error

    Hello Support,

    When I try to install a template using Joomla, it shows the following error
    --------------------
    Internal Server Error
    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@treasurehut.x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
    Apache/1.3.39 Server at treasurehut.x10hosting.com Port 80

    Hello Support,

    One day passed and no reply from you. Please fix it as soon as possible.
    Due to this error I am not able to install templates for my domain.

    Please check that you have chmod the right permissions in your files..... and also read the instructions in installing joomla... ^_^

    Please also make sure you have upgraded your Php Version in your Account Panel ( www.x10hosting.com/account ) *login with your FORUM name and password*

    After upgrading and getting an e-mail that confirms the update has happen, please wait at least 1 - 2 hrs before attempting the installation again.
