is my site viewable?

I'm having this problem you see..Whenever I try to view my site from "way back here", I get "The server at legendphil.net is taking too long to respond." error.

I was at my friends house a while ago asking him to critic my work (not the design, but the possibility of having a site hosted like how rich people would have a site hosted I guess)... It was viewable there. Is it just me and my unit or everyone else has the same problem with their sites or with visiting my site?

There was probably some packet loss somewher along the line between you and the server.
