Cant access cPanel & FTP

Hi Team,

My username: aruun

Yesterday i changed my domain from http://aru-un.pcriot.com to http://aru-un.co.in.

i am not getting the site opened and cant able to access FTP ,cPanel .

in my account information page primary domain is : http://aru-un.co.in

Please look to it.

i think no too long since you change your dns yesterday and also remember to clear your cache, cookies etc....

then now i changed to http://aru-un.co.in - is wat like creating a new domain? Like a paid one ?

Will my site work ?

Yes. Your domain will still work and no, its not a paid account. You are still on your same account, you just replaced the free sub-domain for the domain you owned.

I raised a thread in suspension forum to unsuspend me .

When my account unsuspend will i able to view my site. May i know y my account suspended ?

It was probably some error with the server but if everythings working now then theres nothing to worry about :D

Reply for my thread from suspension accounts is point the nameservers to x10hosting servers.

Where i need to point those servers, bcoz i m not getting cPanel,FTP.... anything
