A site that hosts it. I am not only looking for imagesets, but where can I find avatars for newly registered users? Avatars like this forum:

You see how in that forum, the new user has like what seems like a white person looking avatar? Where can I find avatars like that? And also bars? You know, that say Administer, Moderator, etc.? Thanks again for any help!
