Question MySQL database dump and restore

I've been using IIS on my own PC to preview my site until I found x10 and signed up. I have 2 MySQL databases on my own computer that I want to upload to my x10. I used mysqldump to dump both databases. However, phpMyAdmin won't import the .sql files from the dump. It keeps showing an error. Can anyone help me with this please?
