looks good but i think the logo is kinda big, you cant really see the stories unless you scroll down!

I like the site, good cause ;)
But here's some words of advice:
Changing the mouse pointer into a resizing arrow when on the menu isn't logical
I suggest the hand like one (style="cursor: pointer;")
Also if you want to use a fixed width center the content (like this forum does)
Why? because I have a 22"monitor and my neck hurts from looking to the left ;)
One last thing, when a visitor first enters a page, its going to look towards about the center of the screen. In this case the first thing to stand out is your huge logo, but you would want the second to be the nav. Wich is kinda hidden away waaaay up the top right.

Yep nice overall design, just a few points for consideration:
Don't change the mouse pointer, this annoys some people. Only use the pointer (hand) if absolutely necessary.
Also, sort out the widths. Centre the content, and on 1024 width screen there is a horizontal scrollbar that could be removed by just making things a fraction thinner. Why not set the background width to 100%.
Looks like you put a disable right click script in. Well it doesn't work for me (in firefox), and most people consider these to be pointless/annoying. You cannot protect your content like that.
Why not put your images on this host instead of photobucket?
All your links need not be absolute (full http:// address), this can make things difficult when moving things around.
You say: "Most of the original images/videos of animals do not belong to us."
Be careful, make sure you own the copyright for anything you upload, or you could get into trouble with the terms and conditions.
Like I said, overall, pretty nice design. Well done
