XAMPP, EasyPHP or own set up

What do you prefer to use as a Local set up for testing out your PHP sites and scripts? I use XAMPP my self I have used Easyphp in the past but I think XAMPP blows it out the water for ease of use and being upto date.

Or do you like to set every thing up your self or you use something else altogether?

From those choices it would be XAMPP, the missing option would be: lighttpd custom setup.
