Need help setting up my forum

Ok well I downloaded SMF and started a forum FTP but can't get into the file to upload my forum on my site. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Also does anyone know where I can get a really good photo page template?

I suggest you install SMF with fantastico in the cPannel.
Dunno bout the photo page tho.

Thanks that helped but now it's giving me Fatal error: SUHOSIN - Use of eval is forbidden by configuration in /home/ppnc/public_html/forum/Sources/Load.php(1726) : eval()'d code on line 1726. Now what do I do?

Now you request your php version to be upgraded in your account options.
