Trouble Receiving Incoming Mail

Hello All I'm hosting a site http://www.supergreenboards.com
it seems that I am no longer receiving emails from outside servers. I can email my self, and Can send email's just fine, but none of the incoming mail is being received.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Any Mods?

Ok update I tried sending a mesage to my self and it gave me this error in webmail.
There was an error sending your message: Failed to connect to localhost:25 [SMTP: Failed to connect socket: Connection refused (code: -1, response: )]

Ok more updates, I did a MX server trace for the account and it says that the Target Domain could not be reached because the target machine is actively refusing connection!

Any ideas????

Is your SMTP server address set correctly?

Yeah this error message was from the Horde Web mail application which doesn't use SMTP i believe!

plus I can send to other email addresses, just not my own
