I'm suspended because " Default index page not changed". What does this mean, and how do I fix it?

That is because you didn't upload your website within the time limit. Post a support request in the freewebhosting support forum to unsuspend you and start uploading your website right away. If you delay once again, your opportunity will be lost, and it will be passed to someone who needs hosting more badly!!

Also, please don't use foul/impatient language in your posts ("what does this mean" sounds more professional than your post title). you will be banned for violation of terms of use.

Alright, I did that, got it unsuspended but I don't know how to put an index in there, or what that even means.

I'm gonna have to fill out another unsuspension form but that's just going to go to waste if I don't know how to fix it.

I'm new to this stuff if you can't tell and I use filezilla to put stuff on the x10 server so can someone please explain to me what I need to do.

You need to make a page called index.
It can be php html or whatever you want.
Just remove all files in www that aren't yours and place your site there.

it means go to the cpanel, and upload a new index.html [so it isn't the default.]
