cant login to cpanel!!!

hi i'm new here..
i cant login to my cpanel.. and i'm sure that i entered the correct username and password....
it says that Login Attempt Failed!

a little help please!


I also like to point that when i try 2 enter my account it says the following:

Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

HELP!!

When did you sign up for this account? What type of plan did you sign up for?

I can't log in either, but it just won't accept my ID and password. At first I thought I had forgotten my ID and password so I went to the account management site. I can get in there, but when I try to go to the Account Panel, I get a message saying:
An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments.
