Frequent Suspention

hey friends, my user name is iacipher and my site is http://iacipher.x10hosting.com/, i m using x10 for 3 months and very happy with it but from last week i frequently geeting d same same messahe that "prolonged resource usages, account suspended for 15 min...." even when i m not using my site. Can anyone help me out of this...???

That could be caused by a number of reasons, mods,scripts,videos the list can go on. The best and easiest way is to disable everything and add one script/addon/mod at a time and let it run for awhile. If you don't get suspended for high resource usage then add another.
