cant login to c panel

i was able to login yesterday but for some reason it keeps saying login attempt failed so i wwaited 1 hour and it said the same thing and i am 100% sure that im putting the right username and password help meee

What error do you see? Please give some more information than only 'Help me pl0x im newb'. Im new here, but i think you can do some searching around before you post..
