Can someone please tell me what software or program do i use to make my website pages
before i upload it to this?

Depends what you are comfortable with.
There are literally hundreds of various web design programs out there, including CMS softwares, blogs, etc.

If you are a beginner with web design, then I suggest you take the time to learn HTML; you can find some good tutorials on the http://www.w3schools.com/ website.

Have a look in Cpanel's fantastico section, there a few over there you can use.

sure. it is yoursite.com:2082/frontend/x3/fantastico/index.php. if you go to yoursite.com:2082 and login, you can just paste that link with your website address edited in and go right to fantastico.

You can always use front page or dreamweaver too. If you can get a copy it may be easier for you.

ok i installed one called joomla.Now how do i make my web pages.could someone tell me what to do??

Joomla is editable, I think they have tutorials on Joomla.org Take a look at my site, it is run with joomla.
