Creating SIte like SitePoint.com

Hey there so me and a m8 are building a major site like www.sitepoint.com.

Which means we need alot of staff. My m8 and I are fundign it all, hosting, domain, VB licsense, advertising.

We need:

PHP Coders(3)
Vbulletin Skinners(1)
*PHP/Programming EXPERTS(3+)
GFX Designers(2+)
*HTML/CSS Coders(1+)
Moderators(3)

All staff will be paid when site opens with profits.

*These jobs will help around site with certain jobs, but will also Blog about those topics, and eventually help write a book.
