News Box

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows a php script or some sort of program that I can get for my site, http://ryan17.x10hosting.com . I'll explain. My site is for my High School's Drum line and I want to put like upcoming events in that News section. I want it to be almost like a shout box so it can easily be added, but, I dont want it to be a shout box that random people can add to, just the drum line members.

phpnuke would be good, and you can add a shoutbox on it , btw you install it through fantastico which is on ur c-panel
