My Website is down

Yesterday my site: http://notebook.x10hosting.com was working, and today it is not. It is a blank page.

I can't see the site when I go to it.
I can't log into my control panel.
And I can't access ftp.

I can't see any reason why my site would be blocked either because I do not have any prohibited content on it.
My Account information says that everything under server status is online.

the past month x10hosting has had some sort of server problems. for about a week I wouldn't view my site.
