need help(URGENT)

I HAVE OPENED a new website for free flv player were poeple can use any link from youtube ,etc put the url code and get the flv player embed code were they can use it for myspace our forums and website to watch the video there but i have some problem wer the create button wen i press it it gives me error

i made the script and i made it untill here but i cant fix the rest of it can some 1 help me please how to fix this?

You need to request a move to the intermediate php version. The basic does not allow post functions. You can do this at http://www.x10hosting.com/account/

Once you request the change, after it's approved it will take about 24 hours for the change to actually happen. This should solve your problems

i have intermediate php version. i changed from basic to this more then a week ago and i dont know why i get tht error.
