chatroom error!!!

I have made a few post concerning my chatroom not working properly but now that is fixed. How ever i can not login to my admin page because it wont load the page just goes plain white no 404 or nothing. The guy who owns the chat script has installed the chatroom and done every thing the same as on hundreds of other site but cant get admin panel to run on here.

and the error log in cpanel reads:

"ALERT - function within blacklist called: dl() (attacker '78.150.59.252', file '/home/gr38/public_html/ChatRoom/ChatRoomACP/index.php', line 11)"

Please check the "Server Alerts" thread when your site goes down, along with the "Server status" thread in the free hosting section and also you can see the server status in the cPanel.

I have read a few times on here that they as well as myself can not access their website through www. but only through http:// how long is this expected to last? cause all i can see when i go www. is a messege about great success apache is working on your server. I have read alot of the replys but not really gettin half of the responses and yep that may be down to me...lol, but break it down to a newby web builder. Oh yeah and my ftp dont work either.
