Problem with FTP Connection

I can't get the FTP Connection work.
I tried with Dreamweaver and FileZilla, but both give me the same error.

FileZilla

Connection with my offline Server works fine. There is also no firewall between the server and me.
I tried the reg file, but FileZilla didn't recognise it, so I opened it with notepad and used the information manuell. Never the less error.



I have create a test account, if you want to see yourself

FTP Username: testuser
FTP Password: testtest
FTP Server: ftp.starlynx.exofire.net
FTP Server Port: 21

I am also can't reach to my web site location.I don't have a site on the server and now I am trying to upload it from my computer but I can't establish FTP connection. I am using dreamweaver and I have managed site in dreamw. options. When it ask me how to connect to the server I have put it NONE (I have use it same like it before) and for an upload I am using total commander.

host name (:port) : www.zsolt.x10hosting.com
username: zsolt
password: xxxxxxx

and when I hit connect they start :

connect to: .............
hostname=www.x10hosting.com
username=zsolt
startdir=www.zsolt.x10hosting.com=74.86.133.216

and after few second they display me CONNECT CALL FAILED!

what's the problem? can you help me to solve the problem?

I have uploaded datas on my site but when I tru to go on my site in iexplorer I can't open it.Why?
