Unable To Access Site

Hi, I just tried loading my page on the net and i'm getting

Can someone help me with this or tell me what's wrong?

Just looked at my account page and "Apache HTTP is Offline". Is this the reason maybe why my page won't load?

Are you just trying to look at the page offline or are you launching in on your webspace?

no i'm actually trying to access it via the internet on another system away from home. even in fp it won't allow me log in to the server.

now i was working on my site locally offline trying to create a logon page but not on the server side.
