Cron not working, please help

I need a script to run every 15 minutes,

now when i put in the command it doesnt work, ive now set up 3 different cron commands, and whatever i do, they wont work, even if it is on 1 minute, please help me,

PS here are my cron commands:

/bin/php /home/shys/public_html/koc/cron.php
/usr/bin/php -q /home/shys/public_html/koc/cron.php
php home/shys/public_html/koc/cron.php

Try:
php -q /home/shys/public_html/koc/cron.php

And check your output emails, see what they say.
