First of all, what is the point in using capitals? And secondly, that was a very brief description! I need more details like what shoutbox your using, where i can find it, your website and things like that. I doubt you'll get help for free, you should repost this thread in the marketplace and offer around 50 points to who ever solves the problem first - you are a bit of a noob so no offence, but i'm only trying to help and make life easier for everyone including yourself.
