Word press template problem anyone able to help?

Hi guys,

I have installed Wordpress on my site to run ablog for my band. I have changed the template to better suit the band's tastes but now the menu item at the side shunts to the bottom when you try to add a comment and are not logged in. Is there a problem with my template coding that I may have mucked up or is there a simple, quick way to rectify for now?

Looks like a poor sodelicous clone.

I think I changed the code and caused it to go wrong, I changed the template from a sodelicious temp to look more like my site. Any ideas?
