link to 'phpMyAdmin' not working

Grr - the link to 'phpMyAdmin' in the database section of my control panel doesn't seem to open. It gets as far opening the header and the blue background, but then it gets stuck. It's been like this for a few days. I'm hoping that this is where I will find the details of the MySQL database server / localhost.

Oops - the phpMyAdmin page finally opened -- it just took a long time (about 5 minutes).

Grr again - the phpMyAdmin page opened, but the links don't work (I've waited about 5 minutes for one of them to open).
