How do I install..

IPB? I'm not sure exactly what to do. I've done all thats in the directions but I haven't a clue how to actually get the url to the forums.

just upload the files inside the upload folder in the directory of your choice then.

I typed this in http://t3clan.elementfx.com/install/
..and I got a 404.

Make sure you open that folder where the forum files are located..

I think the reason why I can't do the install is because my level 2 php is still pending. However, I should at least be able to have an install screen, even if it has errors.
Now then, I uploaded all of the files, made a database, chmod'd the files needed, and changed the upload's folder name to 'Forums', and typed in t3clan.elementfx.com/forums/install; and still nothing.
