Do you want it to be hosted on a server or by IRC?
PJIRC and CGIRC are good ones for IRC-based
I'm not sure about ones hosted on a server.

Not a single place on there worked, its either dead right when you get there or the download link is dead.

thanks friends ...i checked may of the free scripts and i find problem with all ...,php121,Blablite ..ya h"hot scripts contain many of these but .....im satisfied ...my needs are should have private chat ,smiles ,admin pannel ..and i want to host it on my own server ......now i am using php open chat ..its good ..but i wish to have an improved one ...
