PHPBB3 Visual Problem

Okay well i had Phpbb3 installed on the paid server skyy.
I used it for ages. i carried out a mod change and it messed up so i deleted all the files and deleted the database, i did a total clean out but now every time i try to install or view the forums in sub-silver theme i get this problem, the only thing is that sub-silver is used for the ACP and for the install screen.

Here is a image showing what i mean, also the blackness or distortion isn't text its actually the images themselves. It also happens on many other computers.

Please close i fixed this,
It was my linux that corrupted the file because i download it as a .zip and it was corrupt, so i downloaded the .tar file and it worked fine and fixed the problem.
