ok like i know im a complete noob at this but i am learning. =].

:dunno:ive downloaded the latest snitz forum thing. and i dont know how to put it into my site thing. like do i just copy and paste it to the webdisk or do i have to do it via the cpanel?

Use an ftp program and ftp the entire folder to your public_html folder.
