Done, but with errors

When ever I go to the back end of joomla to add a content item i keep getting this error and it stops me from clicking on anything or typing anything but only in Internet Explorer v7 and i also have problems in firefox

The Error code is as follows

did u try the joomla forums
if havent any data or have backups yet u could try re-installing joomla
