dolphin not installing

i uploaded the dolphin files to my account.bet when i point to my my domain wular.co.cc it gives error as

Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/mycircle/public_html/wular.co.cc/install/index.php on line 522



i read on dolphin site that you have to enable mb_string extension in php installation to remove this error.can you please enable it

In order to use the mb_string function library, you need to upgrade to the x10hosting intemediete version of php. This can be done in the account editing page which is found on the forums menu under 'x10' -> 'Modify Account'.
