    Importing Excel Spreadsheet to Word?

I have an Excel spreadsheet that I need to take this data and place it somehow in a Word document ( as a graphic or something to show the information provided in Excel )

Is this possible or is there another way I can take the information from Excel and incorporate it into Word? I need an answer fairly quickly as the assignment is due by Monday evening ( Pacific USA time )

Which version of office are you using.

With Office 2003, which is the version I use, you can just copy what you want from the excel document into the word document, including diagrams and graphs. So you probably just need to make the graphic in excel and then copy it into word. Some versions of word will allow you to edit the infomation for graphs with a similar editor to excel but from within word.

    Here's a link for word 2007 (I think).

    Hope this helped,

Thank you. I'll look at that link you provided. I have the 2007 Office version.

Hmm, it looks as though I will have to rewrite my spreadsheet for it to work in Word. Rats.

Here are some more handy links, which are all about office 2007

    http://www.handyexceltips.com/2008/0...word-document/
    http://www.themssforum.com/ExcelMisc...-EXCEL-755350/

It appears that this is easy to do in earlier versions of office than in office 2007.

I am beginning to notice that. Thank you for those links as well. I will have to think up something or just find a way to make the information into a graphic and post it into my paper.

BTW, I like your signature. A book I have relates that same quote "Who will guard the guards?". It was talking about the NSA and the computer system they have and use to spy on the world.
