i know about ppl thinkin ya may b a threat n stuff but how r really supposed 2 make a really pimpin site when most of what i know wot 2 do i am restricted............i used 2 own sites n stuff n now i thought yeah lets see wots changed on cpanel n stuff n i think the cpanel is much better but if ya cant have the freeedom 2 do wot ya want how r ya supposed 2 make a really good site.......????

First of all, learn to speak. I could barely understand what you said and I had no clue what the title meant.
Secondly, you can make your own host or go to a different host.

lmao...........i do know how to speak english as i am from england....he he i just write alot of the time in shorthand so its quicker and easier....hope that was easier

You want to be taken seriously, then use the Queen's English and write properly. It gets you the attention you are after, and not the ones that ask you to write / type clearer.

As for your PHP, a little searching would of answered your questions ( and saved you the trouble of writing "shorthand" )

Due to safety restrictions, we have 3 PHP levels. ( Basic, Intermediate, Advanced ) ... most software and other functions needed are found in Intermediate. We do grant Advanced, but require a really good reason and understanding of PHP before allowing accounts / users to have that level.
