dynamic ip-sever prob

i have a dynamic ip for my interntet (aol which i hate so much, but i cant change), it is anoying i was going to make my spare pc a server but becauses i have a dynamic ip, the ip always changes when i login, so i cant direct a domain to my server, as the ip will change, any way round this?
