New to Joomla, need some help

I've installed Joomla for my site and I'm a complete noob using it. It would be nice if someone knew a site or forum post that explained what all the aspects of the administrator controls are.

So if anyone knew of something like this I would appreciate it!

I don't use Joomla! so I can't give any specific information, but there are some User and Administrator manuals at http://help.joomla.org/
