    Exclamation HELP: Can't Install Joomla Modules, Mambots, or any 3rd party software in Joomla

    I can't install anything on my joomla. I need to manually install the templates for pete's sakes... It says Internal Server Error everytime I use the Joomla installer in the administrator area. Please Help. Thanks.

    What PHP version do you have (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced). The problem could be because a required function is disabled.

    I have the same problem. I have intermediate php version.

    Intermediate PHP version should work fine. It is basic that there is a problem. The basic version blocks PHP file uploads. Also, which file are you trying to upload. you have to upload the *.zip file.

    i just upgraded today, maybe i have to wait a while for it to fully take effect?

    nevermind, fixed. yeah, after upgrading to intermediate, i did have to wait a couple hours.
