    hi..i Just upload joomla 1.15 stable pack, but i stuck where to do the installation. can anyone help me..:dunno:

    i try the fantastico and install joomla 1.5 but same thing happen..i delete the install.php but nothing change..please help me..thanks..

    Which PHP level do you have (Basic, Intermediate, Advanced)? You can check by going to http://x10hosting.com/account
    I think Joomla requires Intermediate to work. If you have Basic PHP you can request an upgrade from the above URL.

    You currently have the basic version of php as TechAsh said, please go to www.x10hosting.com/login and login using your forum username and password, scroll all the way down the page and on the bottom left side you will see the request an upgrade for intermediate php version, tick the box and enter the reason why you wish to upgrade, the upgrade may take up to 24 hours so please be patient while the script does it's work, You will first receive an email stating that the request was accepted, later when the upgrade is complete you will receive another email telling you the upgrade was successful, that is when you should try and install it again, if you have any more problems related to this, please open a thread in free hosting support section.
