Or you can use Smartftp to chmod files

Go to Cpanel, Click on the icon named file manager. Find the file and click on it. A menu on the left will say CHMOD click it and do what the installation said to do.

On the right, and it's named "Change Permissions". :grin:

u can use any FTP client to CHMOD permission of a file.
