It asks even when I set all the permissions to full access(not like I'd keep it there)

This might be an error with the cookies or with the forum settings itself. Do you know which one it may be?

Check whether you have any session expiration time in your admin page? if yes change it accordingly.

In case you don't understand, I just want to remove the forums password so anyone can read the forums.

lol you have password protected your forums :/.
Go in your ACP, press Forums and choose any forum. Then make sure no password is written into the "Forum password:" field.
